Hello everyone, My name is Sahara Zaheer and i work as an Associate Business Solutions Engineer at Informatics International Ltd which is a company specialized in developing and implements software for the Telecommunications industry by providing complete Telco solutions, from the basics to advanced web services.My work heavily depends on
- Implementing software at customer sites
- Maintenance of the implemented software systems with no implementation issues
- Requirement gathering and analysis of business scenarios for software design
- Attending to customer issues
- and Understanding the customer and building strong customer relationships
My work requires a somewhat thorough knowledge in SQL, ORACLE and also knowledge in web services, Crystal Reports etc.
I am also a student currently following my higher education at IIT( Informatics Institute of Technology), a Sri Lankan institute affiliated with the University of Westminster (UOW) London UK. Presently i am reading for my Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster. This is the third year of my degree and i hope to complete it in another two years.
Apart from work and studies i love to read books and watch movies and also to hang out with my friends or family. Among the authors i love to read are James Hadley Chase, Mary Higgins Clarke, Jeffrey Archer, Dan Brown, J.K Rowling and also Danielle Steel. I love Murder mysteries, romance and also science fictions. I also like to write stuff like short stories, poems etc yet i am too shy to publish When it comes to movies i watch almost any movie as long as it is interesting and engrossing.
